I wish I had known this years ago. I believe it would have helped me tremendously to cope with anger and depression. There is a process of grief that follows a loss. Although this is taught mainly in regard to death, I now know it applies to other losses such as innocence (sexual molestation), marriage (unfaithful partner), health issues (serious diagnoses such as Cancer, Diabetes, etc.), job (down sizing, etc.), assets (bankruptcy), and other serious losses.
