Problem solving is never easy. At least it's not for me. It takes brain power, honesty, communication and patience.
One day I was reading in the Old Testament when I came upon a fascinating account of King Jehoshaphat and how he handled a serious situation.
I have listed the points I believe are crucial to real problem solving. As you read II Chronicles 20:1 - 30, see if you can find these points in problem solving.
· Receive the problem.
· Call on the Lord.
· Bring together everyone affected by the problem.
· Pray in unity for God's help.
· Look for the counsel of the Lord to be delivered.
· Be obedient.
· Encourage all involved.
· Praise the Lord.
· Watch the Lord work.
· Reap the benefits.
· Thank the Lord.
· Experience His protection on every side.
I hope this will help and encourage you in your problem solving.
